David Larry is an unapologetic visual provocateur. Born in Los Angeles, shaped in Dubai and Thailand, and now creating out of Kansas City, his work lives at the intersection of art and confrontation. Before building Tape Latex & Oil, David designed award-winning movie posters, learning how to craft images that cut straight into memory.
Today, he bends photography into something more visceral: digital manipulations where women appear unclothed, wrapped in tape and wire, drenched in oil, balanced in heels. It’s not decoration — it’s defiance. His imagery strips away polish, daring viewers to look directly at the raw edge of beauty, desire, and vulnerability.
David’s art doesn’t ask for permission and doesn’t aim to please. It’s seductive, dangerous, and unforgettable — built for those who live beyond the mainstream.
